Warehouse Team Leader (Afternoon Shift)

Location: Willawong, QLD | Shift: Afternoon Shift

Pay: Grade 4 Hourly Rate + Shift Allowance

Type: Temp-to-Perm (Path to Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused Afternoon Shift Team Leaders for a fast-paced facility in Willawong.

You will work closely with management, lead daily operations, and engage directly with clients. This role offers an immediate start, competitive penalty rates, and a quick pathway to permanent full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Guide the floor, manage daily tasks, and provide cover for the Warehouse Supervisor when needed.

• Customer & Stakeholder Service: Handle direct client communications and engage with internal/external stakeholders.

• Systems & Inventory: Manage receiving, dispatch, workload planning, and stock control using SAP and customer WMS (MFG Pro).

• Hands-on Support: Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts and assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience using enterprise WMS (SAP / MFG Pro preferred).

• Current High Risk Forklift License (LF) with High Reach and Counterbalance experience.

• Immediate availability for afternoon shifts (Interviews commencing this week!).
